TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Refunds, Delivery, and Appointments

1.1 All Sales Are Final All services provided by PAULOSOPHICAL—including PDF Facial Analysis Reports and Live 1-on-1 Consultations—are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are paying for professional time and specialized analysis, not a specific "rating" or emotional outcome.

1.2 Service A: PDF Facial Analysis Report

  • Delivery: Your report will be delivered via email within 72 hours of your photo submission.

  • Photo Deadline: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to submit your photos. If you fail to submit photos within this window, the order is forfeited and non-refundable.

  • Refund Exception: A refund will only be issued if the report is not delivered within 30 days of your photo submission.

1.3 Service B: Live 1-on-1 Google Meet Consultation

  • Commitment: Your payment locks a specific time slot on the calendar. This time is now unavailable to other clients.

  • Mandatory Assets: You must reply to your confirmation email with three (3) high-resolution, unfiltered photos (Frontal, 45° Left, 45° Right) immediately after booking. If you show up to the call without providing these assets, the session will be terminated without a refund.

  • Rescheduling: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule your session. This must be done via the automated link in your confirmation email.

  • Tardiness & No-Shows: If you are more than 10 minutes late to the Google Meet, the link will expire, your session will be canceled, and your fee will be forfeited. No exceptions.

  • Technical Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your hardware, internet connection, and the Google Meet app (for mobile users) are functioning before the session begins. Technical failures on the client side are not grounds for a refund.

2. Fund Retention:

  • If a client fails to send photos within 14 days after payment, PAULOSOPHICAL reserves the right to retain the funds indefinitely.

3. Client Agreement with Terms

  • By placing an order, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

4. Fairness and Disputes:

  • Clients may not request refunds based on disagreement with their rating or consultation outcome.

  • If a client believes their rating is inaccurate, they should contact us using this form with a detailed explanation.

  • In the event of a dispute, clients agree to attempt resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing other legal avenues.

5. Consultation Content and Facial Analysis Service Disclaimer:

  • Consultations are for informational and advisory purposes only.

  • Recommendations provided are suggestions, not medical advice.

  • Results may vary, and no guarantees are made regarding the outcome of implementing consultation advice.

  • Our Facial Analysis Service utilizes current research and studies to evaluate facial features and offer tailored recommendations.

  • The Facial Analysis Service is for aesthetic purposes only and should not be considered a medical evaluation.

6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:

  • All information shared during consultations will be kept strictly confidential, with data used only for the purpose of analysis and improvement of PAULOSOPHICAL services.

  • PAULOSOPHICAL is not liable for any illegal content in photos submitted to us. If we receive such content, we will contact the appropriate authorities, and the client will be held liable for any legal consequences related to the submission.

  • Materials provided during consultations are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed.

7. Client Responsibility:

  • Clients are responsible for implementing any suggestions at their own discretion and risk.

8. Age Restrictions:

  • Clients must be at least 18 years old to use our services, or have parental consent if under 18.

  • PAULOSOPHICAL reserve the right to refuse service if we suspect a user is underage or hasn't provided valid proof of parental consent.

  • If an underage client receives a Facial Analysis Report without our knowledge, PAULOSOPHICAL shall not be held liable for any resulting legal actions.

  • All sales are final, regardless of the client's age.

9. Privacy Policy:

  • By using our services, clients agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability:

  • PAULOSOPHICAL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

  • Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

11. Severability:

  • If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement:

  • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between PAULOSOPHICAL and the client, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through our website. Any updates to these terms will apply only to future transactions and will not affect existing agreements.

14. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, United States.
